F.A.S.T. is a non-profit, volunteer organization.  F.A.S.T. is made up of community members, parents/guardians, and staff at Rochester Primary School. Our primary function is to enrich the basic school experience for all children by organizing and funding special activities and purchases to foster an increased sense of community, ownership, and pride in Rochester Primary School.  As is the case with any voluntary club, all services provided by the organization are subject to manpower and financial availability.
